So, I'm still getting used to the whole Twitter thing. I've had Facebook since 2004 (yes, you read that right - I can pinpoint exactly where in The Social Network my university got Facebook - hint: it was still called The Facebook at the time), but Twitter is brand new to me.
Now, this being Friday, I also suggest you head over to join up on the #fridayreads fun! Fridayreads is basically a Twitter bookclub led by Bethanne Patrick (I suggest following her, as well). You can read a nice write up on the group activity from this CNBC article. I generally tweet my #fridayreads, so you can get a preview of the next book I'll probably be reviewing over at The Book Club, and this week I was happy to report I was reading Umberto Eco's On Literature.
Also, you can click the Facebook Like button for each post here at PFS, or you can click the Like button in the column to the right. This basically Likes the whole page! This is, of course, a move I highly recommend.
So, go to Twitter and join in on the #fridayreads frolicing! Click on the hashtag over at Twitter to see what other people are reading - it's basically nearly 3,000 book recommendations every week, mostly from industry professionals!
